The hotel offered excellent amenities such as a small sauna/spa that I loved using during my stay. The cleanliness was also impressive throughout the hotel, making me feel comfortable and safe. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the location in the Wellness area allowed me to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery while wearing a comfortable bathrobe.

Quality of the food in the evening. Good price for daily menu in the restaurant and good choice. Breakfast nothing special.

The wellness area is not actually free in the end in that: 1) You must wear (and buy at 3 Euros a pair) special footwear to wear in this area. You can't wear your own! 2) No towels are provided in the wellness area and you must use a bathrobe. If you haven't brought one with you (and why should you in a hotel?) you have to rent one from them for 5 Euros!! 3) You need a special coin to operate the whirlpool. It costs 7 Euros lasts about fifteen minutes, including the time to fill the bath. This information should be available on your website.

Excellent value for money with reasonable prices for food and wine compared to similar hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, perfect for hiking in the Dolomites and enjoying the mountain views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some offering excellent views of the surrounding mountains.

The bathroom didn't seem clean. There are no attractions near by. We couldn't even find a decent restaurant. The breakfast was poor. The reception guy that checked us in didn't know a word in English.

Hotel with great food and friendly staff

During my recent city trip, I stayed in a hotel with amazing food and very friendly staff. The daily menus were of a high standard and had good value. The wine selection offered an impressive variety, and the staff had great recommendations. the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city, as it was in the heart of everything.

The language barrier with the staff was a bit of a challenge, as their command of English was poor. , the spa facilities were small and felt overcrowded a lot, which was not very relaxing.

The hotel offered a welcoming staff, the room was impeccable and we enjoyed the tasty local cuisine. We also appreciated the wines tasted. the location was ideal for some amazing hikes in the mountains. A key aspect is that the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect to unwind and relax.

The spa area was somewhat disappointing. the opening hours were short, and the facilities were overcrowded.
